About Us
Our family owned and operated business has been happily serving fair-goers in Oregon for over 30 years. Our most popular menu item is our Homemade Fried Bread (also known as “Elephant Ears”). Our special family recipe is made from scratch and cooked to order. We load up our bread with delicious toppings which include: butter, cinnamon & sugar, apple butter, and honey. We also serve Funnel Cakes which come with powdered sugar and the choice of fruit topping, chocolate, bavarian cream, and whipped topping.
We currently serve at many county fairs and festivals in Oregon. Our family has been at Douglas County Fair, Josephine County Fair, and Jackson County Fair for over 15 years. We are consistently one of the top sellers at our events. We have many returning customers that love to tell us, “You guys are the reason we come to the fair!” We take pride in our product and enjoy being part of these community events.
